Two Track Malting is a craft malting company based in North Dakota in the heart of grain country. We grow our own barley and wheat, malt it to perfection, and supply brewers like you directly. We also take traceability seriously and all of our products can be traced down to the field where it was grown and the farmer who grew it, we call this Field to Pint. We have developed our very own variety of two-row barley and white wheat which caters to the craft industry.
