So a few weeks ago we received an email that paraphrased was “you have a really aesome space but your beer sucks, I tasted a few and it was very chemical tasting. You would be better off buying real beers and selling those instead”

I chose not to reply because this is the first complaint we have received, outside of constructive criticism from regulars, in the entire year and a half we have been open.

About a week later I received another email from a different address that said almost exactly the same thing.

Is this some kind of scam or just someone trolling.

It just seemed weird to get two nearly identical emails a week apart saying the same thing.

Attaching a pic of the second email.

How can you “highly recommend” but then call the beer undrinkable?

Help me out here.

I have a friend with a 2-tap kegerator. When beer is poured from either tap, it foams horribly. So, he pours a pitcher and lets it foam down and serves it that way. BUT…

If he pours two pitchers in succession, the second pours perfectly.

The lines are 1/4” ID and 12ft long. Regulator adjustment in either direction doesn’t fix the problem. Beers are from various breweries. Taps are Perlick.

I can’t figure out what’s going on. All of the solutions I can think of don’t work.
