Food and Beer Pairing. From Principles to Menus.

Food and Beer Pairing should be a fun way to market your brand. A great pairing can inspire a customer and create loyalty to your brand. This presentation will discuss beer vocabulary, food vocabulary, and beer and food interactions. The presentation will then bridge those concepts into customer-facing applications: designing a specialty dinner menu, incorporating pairings into your daily menu, beer labels, and social media.
