Virginia Brewers Conference – Partner Information

  • Your booth includes two complimentary registrations for your team. Please register contact andrew@craftbeerprofessionals.org if you need help finding your link.
  • If shipping to the venue, please ship, arriving no earlier than September 6, to Your Contact’s Name c/o Virginia Brewers Conference, Four Points by Sheraton Richmond, 9901 Midlothian Tpke, Richmond, VA 23235
  • Load-in at the Four Points by Sheraton is Monday, September 16 11am-3pm. Please plan to arrive as early as possible. All booths must be set up by 3pm.

  • If your booth number is between 1 and 23, turn left after entering through the main hotel entrance.
  • If your booth is in the Fork & Vine area or outside the ballroom, please continue straight after entering the hotel.
  • Book your discounted hotel room here.
  • Each booth will include a 6-foot table. There is limited power. If required, please bring a power strip and extension cord.
  • All signage must be free-standing.
  • All booths can be broken down after 5:30 PM on Wednesday, September 18, or between 8:00 and 10:00 AM on Thursday, September 19. No booths can be broken down prior to the conclusion of the event.
  • If you are an ingredients company and would like to bring beer showcasing your ingredients to share, please let us know.
